BA Concrete Products needed a modern 30,000 square foot warehouse facility that combined efficient storage space with functional office areas and mezzanine levels. The project required a contractor capable of managing the entire project, from initial design and permitting through utility coordination to final construction.

The challenge was delivering a turnkey facility in Rocky View County, which required navigating municipal permitting processes and coordinating utility connections with ATCO and Enmax. The client needed a single point of contact to manage every aspect of the project, eliminating the need to coordinate multiple contractors and service providers.
