The Challenge
Miette Hot Springs needed a complete renovation of their swimming pool area before the busy summer season. The project required removing the existing infrastructure around the pools, including outdated plumbing and electrical systems housed in pipe chases, while installing new precast concrete panels for improved walkways.
The critical challenge was timing; all work had to be completed by May 1st, 2025, to ensure the facility could reopen for the tourist season. Winter construction conditions and the remote location added complexity to an already tight timeline.
